Myth#5 : Academics Don't Matter as Much as Athletics

Myth #6: Senior Year is When Recruiting Happens

Reality: Recruiting often starts much earlier, sometimes as early as freshman year. It's important to start preparing and reaching out to coaches early.

Myth # 7. My Coach's Connections Will Take Care of Everything

While your coach’s connections can be valuable, relying solely on them is risky. Use all available resources and actively promote yourself to maximize your exposure.

Myth #8: Coaches Only Recruit From Big Name High Schools
